Methodology

The Apostrophe audio/visual team adheres to a very strict methodology in their project management, system design, and implementation process. This ensures that your project will proceed smoothly, timely, and within the specified budget.

Technology

Apostrophe’s audio/visual division uses the very latest project and task management, CAD drawing, and system programming tools. In addition, our system fabrication and installation teams are equipped with a variety of system testing and calibration equipment necessary to properly configure and optimize each, A/V system.

Management Involvement

Each and every Apostrophe audio/visual project receives personal attention from a member of the Apostrophe Senior Management team. This is the key part of ensuring consistent quality and customer satisfaction for all customer projects.

On-Site Training

All Apostrophe audio/visual projects include multiple end-user training sessions. The first session is a hands-on session for the ‘owners’ of the A/V system at the site, and is conducted immediately after the completion of the system integration. The second session is intended for non-technical “users” of the A/V system and is scheduled shortly after the system is turned-up.

Support

Our customer service and technical support staff are experienced at resolving system issues quickly and efficiently. We understand how dependent our customers are on the solutions we provide and we are highly motivated to close out any open issues while minimizing the impact on the end-users.
